This notice covers the HRTS partner application and Jev guide. It explains what you share, why it is used, and how to request help. Service providers’ own privacy notices apply when you visit their separate services.
What this application collects
You can share your name, email address, optional business name and website, partner role, reason for joining, employer reach, regions or markets, service interests, working environment, tracking tools, experience, and interest in information about setup payment options. Veteran-focused training or business education interest is optional; no veteran status documentation is requested.
Do not enter Social Security numbers, dates of birth, screening reports, candidate information, medical information, drug test results, banking information, card details, credit documents, passwords, or sensitive identity documents.
How Jev uses AI
Before starting, you choose whether to let Jev and Cloudflare Workers AI process the business answers you enter to provide guidance. Contact fields are not included in the application’s AI guidance requests. Do not include contact or sensitive personal information inside free-text business answers.
AI replies can be incomplete or mistaken. When AI guidance is unavailable, Jev clearly labels its response as guided information. Jev does not make partner, credit, franchise, screening, or eligibility decisions. People review submitted partner applications and any proposed agreement.
What is stored and for how long
Before submission, your answers are held in this browser tab’s memory. Closing or reloading the page clears that unsent form state. When you request guidance, the business answers needed for that response are sent to the server and AI service. The application does not persist a raw, full chat transcript.
Submitting requires a separate consent. Your contact information, business profile, consent record, and application review information are stored in Cloudflare D1 for up to 90 days. The HRTS team uses that information to evaluate and manage your partner inquiry. Security and operational logs may contain request metadata needed to protect the service.
Security verification
Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. A secure session cookie is used to allow guidance and application submission after verification. This application does not use that cookie for advertising.
What submission does
Submission sends a business application to HRTS for human review. It does not create a screening order, payroll migration, loan or credit application, purchase, payment plan, franchise, or resale agreement. This intake does not forward your application to a third-party screening, payroll, or payment provider or send customer recruiting messages.
The one-time partner setup fee is $1,001. Scope and agreement are confirmed before payment. The payment-options answer records only your interest in installment payment information; it does not collect credit information, promise a payment plan, or start a checkout. Any available payment options and their terms are confirmed separately. Recurring licenses and integration work are scoped and priced separately.
Questions or deletion requests
For questions about your partner application or a request to delete it, contact the HRTS / LTS team at info@labtestingsolutions.com. Include your application reference if you have it. Do not send sensitive candidate, health, banking, or credit documents.
